This booklet gives further information on the application process, how we decide who gets a place, how you know whether your application has been successful, what you can do if you disagree with our decision or have a complaint and your rights under the Data Protection Act.
It also includes copies of our policies on Rent and Other Service Charge Arrears, Illegal Drug Use, Smoking, Anti-social Behaviour and Nuisance & Harassment.
This publication gives further information on the performance and plans of The Hyelm Group and on the services and facilities that we provide.
This booklet offers guidance, if required, on how to obtain translated, Braille, audio tape and large print copies of this application pack and other information published by us.
This document is for your information and tells you what legal rights you have as an applicant for accommodation and as a resident. It explains what you can expect from us and what you can do if you feel that we have not honoured the Charter.

We will let you know within 8 working days of receiving your application whether:
- You meet the relevant resident eligibility criteria.
- There is a vacancy for the date that you have applied and an offer for accommodation is made.
- You have been placed on our waiting list.
- Your application is unsuccessful.
