Key Workers

The Hyelm Group provides affordable housing options for key workers in and around London. We appreciate that many key workers do not qualify for social housing, and yet are unable to save a sufficient amount to move into longer-term rented accommodation or home ownership. We offer rents that are typically 20% less than the market rate, within high quality accommodation in vibrant and central locations.
