Close to the vibrant Hoxton Square, our modern housing scheme is just a ten minute walk away from Old Street underground station with excellent transport links to the City and West End.
It offers a varied portfolio of housing types for medium-term rent, including one bedroom flats and cluster apartments of two, three, four or six en-suite bedrooms, each with a shared kitchen and lounge area.
Each bedroom has a double bed, its own bathroom and is furnished to a high standard. Rooms are also wired for phone and internet connections, should residents wish to subscribe to such services.
The communal kitchen, dining and lounge areas have everything you need (fridge, freezer, oven, storage space) and are a great social space to enjoy with flatmates.
The accommodation at our Old Street housing scheme is provided for a maximum of 5 years.
Our ambition is to deliver the best possible experience for our residents.
With this in mind, we would like our offer to those whom we house at our Old Street scheme to look as follows on the delivery of our current strategy in late 2019:
Swift, easy, hassle-free application and move-in process.
No agents. No non-refundable fees (unless an advanced booking is cancelled by the applicant).
No requirement for hefty deposits or sizeable rent payments to be paid up front.

Applications for accommodation greatly exceed the number of places that we have available at any one time, so unfortunately we are unable to house everyone who applies.
Accommodation at our Old Street is allocated to those who fall within our resident eligibility criteria, with priority given to those who are in greatest need of the housing and services that we provide.
74 of the 125 spaces at the scheme are reserved for key workers. Key workers must register with and apply for our accommodation using the London Mayor’s Share to Buy website .
To be eligible for one of the remaining 51 places, you must be:
- Between 18 and 35 years of age; and
- On a low to moderate income; and
- In the early stages of your career in an employment or training role; and
- Unable to afford to rent or buy in the private sector; and
- Unable to stay within the family network; and have
- No support needs.
Although we feel that the accommodation, facilities and services that we provide are best suited to the needs of young people, applicants will be considered from all age groups.
