Flexible tenancies from six months to two years, extendable to five years dependant on need.

Highly competitive rents set at levels considered by the London Mayor to be affordable to those earning on or around the London Living Wage.

High levels of security with building-wide CCTV and digital fob or key card entry.

Referrals to providers of move-on accommodation using organisations with which we have formed links.

Apprenticeship opportunities for young people within our workplaces.

Opportunities to keep in touch, stay involved and contribute back to the Hyelm community after leaving.
